We will also organize a conference dinner on May 28, at a local restaurant called Au Stekerlapatte, which serves typical Flemish dishes. The price of the dinner is 36 euros, to be paid at the registration desk on your arrival.
You will be offered a five-course dinner consisting of:
- Appetizer: Kir or home-made appetizer or Zinnebier of the tap
- Starters:
Soup of the day with bread and butter
or
Cheese croquettes (Emmenthaler and Parmesan),
lemon and fried parsley
- Main course:
Roasted chicken served with a champagne and cream
sauce with mushrooms
or
Grilled beef "soul" with shallots melted in butter
or
Grilled and caramelized spare-ribs, with American
sauce
or
Salmon tournedos with a Cantillon geuze sauce (a
strong Belgian beer) and andives
- Dessert:
Soft-centered chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream
or
Brussels bread pudding with 'speculaas' ice cream
(typical gingerbread cookie)
or
A serving of three different tastes of ice cream
- Coffee Espresso or Lungo, or (herb) tea
- Drinks:
1/3 bottle of white wine 'Bouchard Aîné & Fils"
or
1/3 bottle of red wine "Las Corazas Vino de la Tierra
de Castilla"

You can choose on site which dish you prefer, but we ask you to let us know whether you will join us for the dinner or not in your registration e-mail.
