Registration for BCGL11 is required for everyone except the invited speakers. There is a 25€ early bird fee for registrations made on or before Sunday December 2. Thereafter, the fee is 40€. You can register here.
The registration fee includes access to the conference, a conference folder, tea, coffee, water, juice, biscuits. If you want to pay via bank transfer, please transfer the correct amount to the KU Leuven bank account number BE60 7340 0666 0370, and use the following structured message: 400/0017/17444. You will be given a receipt for your payment at the conference registration desk. If you need an invoice, don’t transfer any money, but contact our financial services.
Dinner is not included in the registration fee. The conference dinner will take place on Monday December 10 at 19h at Strofilia. You can register separately for the conference dinner by going here.
